Website developer in the Philippines

We are six people in San Pablo, Laguna. You deal with the same ones from the first call to the day the site goes live, and there is no account manager in between.

What the development half actually is.

Design decides what the site looks like. Development is everything that has to be true for it to work: the markup a search engine can read, images that stay sharp without stalling on mobile data, forms that reach a real inbox, and the hosting it runs on afterwards. Most of it is invisible when it is done properly, which is why it is the half that gets cut when a price looks too good.

What you get, and what you are never asked for.

  • A fixed price against a fixed scope, agreed before anything starts
  • No hourly rates, so nothing is billed by surprise
  • Half up front, half before delivery, and never more than half before you see work
  • Files and deployment released once the balance is settled
  • One address to write to afterwards, not a ticket queue

Questions people ask.

Are you an agency or a freelancer?

Neither, exactly. LokalHost is a sole proprietorship with six people: one owner, four co-founders and a client success specialist. That is bigger than a freelancer who disappears when they get a full-time job, and smaller than an agency that puts a junior on your build.

Do you work with businesses outside the Philippines?

Yes. We serve the Philippines and the United States, and two of our live client builds are trading businesses based in Dubai.

What do you need from me to start?

Your content and your photos, and a call to agree the scope. The deposit books the slot. If you do not have copy yet, Standard and above include polishing a draft you provide.

Tell us what you need built.

Send us the business and the scope and we'll come back with a fixed price and a delivery date. No hourly rates, and you never pay more than half before you see the work.
