Websites for spas and wellness studios in the Philippines
A spa is sold on how it feels before anyone walks in, and most spa sites are a wall of text with a stock photo of hot stones. The site has to do what the room does.
A spa is sold before anyone walks in.
The decision is made on how the place feels, from a phone, usually at night, usually by someone who has never been.
Most spa sites are a wall of text and a stock photo of hot stones, which tells that person nothing about your room.
An illustration: a map of search results shows three competing businesses marked with pins and one dashed outline labelled "you?" where a business has no listing.
Let the room do the selling.
Your own photographs, large and unhurried, with the treatment list and the booking link where they are easy to reach.
The site has to do what the room does. That is a design problem, not a word count problem.
An illustration: a search results page reorders so that your business, with its website address and review stars, moves to the top of the list.
What a spa site has to carry.
Not a feature list. These are the things people go looking for and leave when they cannot find.
- Treatments grouped by what they are for, with durations
- Packages, and what is actually included in each
- Photos of your rooms and your therapists at work
- A booking path and a cancellation policy
- Whether you take couples or groups, and the room for it
- Whether walk-ins are taken
Every one of these is in the Basic build or above. See what each package includes, or look at what we have built.
Questions we get from spas.
Can we show packages without publishing every price?
Yes. Some clients publish everything, some publish a starting rate and route the rest to a message. We will tell you which one usually converts better, then build what you decide.
Do you handle gift certificates?
We can present them and take the enquiry. Selling and redeeming them online is backend work, which is Premium only, and we will say so before you commit rather than after.
Will it work on a slow connection?
That is the build standard, not an upgrade. Every site is laid out for a phone first and tuned to load on mobile data.
We also do home and hotel service. Where does that go?
Its own section, with the coverage area, the travel fee if there is one, and the notice you need. It is a different service with different logistics, and burying it in the treatment list is how people miss that you offer it at all.
Clients often request a specific therapist, or a female therapist. Should that be on the site?
If you can honour it, say so plainly. It is one of the most common questions this trade takes by message, and answering it on the page removes a step before booking. We will not state it for you unless you confirm it is true.
